Manage your Members
Shooter/customer records in the system are separated into Members, Dependents and Guests. The registration forms in both the system and the website are customizable, so you only collect the information you require. We also have a dedicated area for registering shooters’ documents and firearm collections, and the system provides reports and alerts for documents that are about to expire, such as the CR and CRAF. Record and look up specific information for each athlete, such as issued certificates, shooting activity, finances, charges and credits.
The platform also includes a bulk email feature, so the club can communicate with shooters or send billing slips in batches. The organization of records in the Shooting House system is impeccable!
Annual and Monthly Fee Management
The platform offers customizable tools so you can tailor the club’s billing when generating monthly/annual fees for customers. The system clearly shows which accounts are up to date and which are not. It also allows bulk issuing of store, monthly-fee and annual-fee bank slips!
Shooting Activity (Habitualidade) Tracking
The system makes managing and recording shooting activity (habitualidades) easy: when ammunition is sold, the system automatically records a shooting activity for the athlete who bought it. The same happens when a shooter takes part in a competition set up in the system. The software provides specific reports on the shooting activity and training sessions held at the club. The shooting activity certificate is filled in automatically, already in the official format, making club administration easier.
Access Levels for Staff
Every menu, submenu and button in the system is fully customizable when creating access levels! This lets you tailor each staff member’s access according to their department, making it restricted, partially restricted or fully open.
Certificate Issuing
With the processes configured, the system issues all certificates and applications at once, making the dispatcher’s work easier and faster.
