In this article, we detail the step by step for issuing medal reports with the Shooting House System. The feature is simple and practical, allowing both Federations and Clubs to issue customized reports with filters that meet the needs of each competition.

Step 1: Accessing the System

To issue the medal report, you must be logged into the administrative system. The medals area can be accessed directly from the settings menu.

• Access the administrative system: When you log into the system, find the “Club Settings” menu.
• Enable access to medals: In this area, check the option to allow Clubs to issue medal reports. This will let them generate these documents directly from the system as well.

Step 2: Accessing the medals area

After completing the configuration, the medals area will be enabled

• Medals Menu: In the administrative menu, you will find the “Medals” option. When you click it, the system will display the specific area for generating reports.
• Access by Clubs: With the setting enabled, clubs will be able to access the same area through the medals icon in the competitions section.

Step 3: Configuring and generating the medal report

Now that access has been enabled, the next step is to configure the medal report filters according to the needs of the competition.

• Choose the award winners: You can select the type of award to be displayed in the report, such as gold, silver and bronze medals.
• Minimum number of competitors: Set the minimum number of competitors per discipline for the report to generate medals. For example, if you set three competitors, only categories with at least three athletes will have medals generated.
• Filter by discipline and division: The system also lets you filter awards by sporting discipline and competitor division, making it easier to issue more detailed reports.

Step 4: Exporting the Report

After configuring the filters, simply export the report in the available formats. The system offers the option to export the report in Excel or PDF format. Just click “Export” to generate the desired file.

By using the filters and exporting the reports in the desired formats, you optimize the management of sporting competitions.
