This Saturday (11/19/2022), the Shooting House development team attended the 1st Developers Meetup organized by the NTI (Technology and Innovation Center) of ACIG (Guarapuava Commercial and Business Association). The event aimed to bring together developers from several companies that are part of the Center to discuss and share ideas, solutions and problems.

According to Shooting House Technical Director Renan Blecha, the meetup featured group activities in random groups to discuss topics pre-selected by the managers of the participating companies. Topics such as development testing, internal communication between departments, tools to speed up product delivery and interaction between companies to improve Guarapuava’s innovation ecosystem were discussed by everyone.

For Felipe Karpstein, Administrative Director of Shooting House, “the main goal of the event was to promote integration between the partner IT companies linked to the NTI. It was a relaxed and pleasant event where we were able to have an important exchange of experiences among programmers, and we believe this enriches our professional activity, since participants were able to see the challenges from the perspective of their peers. We hope this is the first of many events organized by the center to strengthen networking among Guarapuava’s technology companies”.

In addition to the Shooting House developers and managers, teams and managers from the companies K13 Agência Web, Teorema Sistemas, Let’s, 1Bridge Solutions, Fuel Agência Web and Ponto Gestor were present.
