Follow the latest updates and improvements to the Shooting House system, focused on continually enhancing our users’ experience. Here are the main changes already available:
Standardization of firearm calibers
It is now possible to search for similar calibers and standardize their registration in the system. Previously, this was a free-text field, which resulted in variations in records. With this update, standardization has become more efficient and organized.
Registration of foreign athletes
We made it easier to register athletes who do not have a CPF, making the process more inclusive for international competitors.
New area in the Shooting app for shooters
We created a new area in the app that displays the athlete’s classification information in competitions, making it more convenient to track performance.
Adjustment to shooting activity entry
It is now possible to mark whether the ammunition used in training is owned by the club or not, providing more detailed management.
Secondary CNPJ details on store receipts
In the settings, it is possible to link the details of a secondary company on receipts, in case your organization has more than one CNPJ.
Store shortcut to check deferred payments
We added a button that makes it easier to find orders that were closed for future payment, making the process faster.
Firearm registration in ammunition sales
Now, during an ammunition sale, the system allows you to register the firearm associated with that transaction, ensuring detailed and accurate tracking.
Specific prices for dependents
For customers who have dependents, such as police officers and athletes, for example, it is possible to configure differentiated prices for products within the store.
Automatic police officer and athlete categories in rankings
The system now makes it possible to automatically configure police officer and athlete categories in championship disciplines, as well as allowing extra categories to be added to customize rankings.
Viewing clubs hosting competition stages
To make competition registration easier, athletes can see which clubs are hosting the stages, with filters by state and city, speeding up the choice of venue.
Customization of precision shooting targets
We implemented customization of scoring zones on precision targets, making it possible to hide certain areas to adapt the rules to competitions.
Registration block for clubs with overdue payments
Federations and Confederations can now block local registrations from clubs with overdue payments, allowing online registrations only.
Invalid email validator
We added a validator to the email field in registration forms, preventing the registration of invalid or mistyped email addresses.
Automatic monthly and annual fee charges
Even if the customer has not paid the last charge, the system will keep generating the next ones automatically, making financial management easier.
Multi-select filter in the finance menu
The “Charge Type” filter now allows multiple selection in the accounts receivable tab, simplifying the search for bank slips and other types of charges.
Description on settlement bank slips
We added the option to include detailed descriptions on bank slips created from account settlements, providing greater clarity in the billing process.
