The Shooting House system has just released a series of updates aimed at optimizing the user experience and ensuring greater control and security in daily operations. Below, we detail each of the new features and improvements released.
- Push Notifications through the Shooter App
The system now allows announcements to be sent directly to customers’ phones via Push. These notifications appear in the phone’s notification bar, providing fast and efficient communication.
- Registering a firearm with two calibers
An option was added to register the same firearm more than once within the collection, covering cases where the firearm has two calibers.
- Editing the date in dispatcher service requests
Within the dispatcher service requests area, it is now possible to edit the date, making it easier to adjust appointments.
- Improvements in automatic billing generation
The automatic generation of monthly and annual fees has been improved, now allowing charges to be configured up to 50 days before the due date.
- Setting to hide the signature field
An option was added to hide the signature field on receipts, making it easier to use the system according to the club’s needs.
- Automatic shooting activity validation
The system now allows you to configure whether attaching proof of shooting activity is mandatory, and it can be added directly by the shooter.
- New shooting activity report
A new report has been made available, offering quantitative shooting activity data by caliber and type, helping to monitor training and competition activities.
- Time zone synchronization with the shooting activity kiosk
The time zone is now automatically synchronized with the kiosk, ensuring accurate activity records.
- Printing shooting activity receipts at the kiosk
The system allows the shooting activity receipt to be printed right after registration, providing immediate access to the document.
- Automated shooting activity approval
It is possible to configure the period during which the club is open for automatic shooting activity approval by geolocation, speeding up the process for users.
- Adjustments to the shooting activity certificate
The shooting activity table has been adjusted to include the discipline name and the division of each training session or competition, bringing more clarity to certificates.
- Separation of credits in financial statements
Financial statements now show the amounts collected in credits in a separate tab, making financial analysis easier.
- Refund and deduction options in financial statements
Features were added to refund or deduct amounts, allowing financial adjustments as needed.
- Registration refunds
A new function allows registration refunds, customizable for various situations and automatically synchronized with financial statements.
- Class configuration by score
It is now possible to configure classes according to minimum and maximum points, simplifying shooter classification.
- Deactivating groups and disciplines
For clubs that do not practice certain disciplines, there is now an option to hide them, avoiding confusion when recording shooting activity.
- Sharing lane layouts
The system allows you to attach the lane layout, making it visible to shooters in the access area and easier to view before training.
- Configuring access hours for administrative users
With a focus on security, it is now possible to specify which hours and days administrative users can access the system.
These updates were designed to improve the experience of Shooting House system users, promoting more practical and secure management. The new features bring greater control over operations, especially in communication with shooters and in managing shooting activity.
