Check out what’s new in Update No. 2022/22, applied on 11/10/2022. This update brought important new features that improve reports, make it easier to contact customers and also help with your club’s security.

News and New Features:
- Panic Button
It is now possible to alert the club’s instructors and staff about a suspicious customer through the new feature called “PANIC BUTTON”. This feature is already available in the system’s general settings, where you can configure the message and the numbers it will be sent to, and when enabled, a button will be added to store orders. This new button will be at the top right of the order and will trigger an automatic message to the WhatsApp numbers registered in the settings.
- Registration Discounts by Discipline
In the “Disciplines” tab within the athlete’s record, there is an option to enable discounts for competition registrations according to the discipline. Discounts will only be applied when the “enabled disciplines” condition is set to “yes” in the championship’s discount settings.
- New Application added to Certificates
Application for transferring firearms from SIGMA to SINARM (and vice versa) added to the documents available in the “Certificates” menu.
- New WhatsApp contact button in the order list
A new function was added to make it easier to contact customers through WhatsApp Web. If the member already has a WhatsApp number in their record, the new button will be located on the right side of the order list. When clicking the button with the WhatsApp icon, the user will be taken to WhatsApp Web in a direct conversation with the customer of that order.
A “Returns” tag was added to the sales and consumption report. Now, in the sales report, you can see which products had returns.
- New Notes field for transfers between warehouses
A new field is available when making transfers between warehouses: you can add a note describing the reason for the operation if necessary.
Improvements and Fixes:
When generating the shooting activity report, only shooters with recorded shooting activity will now appear, making the report clearer.
