• Improvement: Additional data in the supplementary information section of the invoice (NF).
We recognize the importance of the information contained in the invoice for recording and controlling ammunition sales. With that in mind, our development team created a feature that allows additional data in the supplementary information section of the invoice. It is now possible to include the lot number, the CR (Registration Certificate) number and select the firearms of the corresponding caliber linked to the shooter’s collection. This new window provides greater accuracy and efficiency in recording ammunition-related transactions.
All information entered in the window will be included in the FOOTER of the invoice, and will also appear in the PCE Report – Ammunition Outflow/Ammunition Outflow Statement.
• Improvement: Highlight for monthly/annual fees about to fall due.
It is now possible to identify more clearly the monthly or annual fees that are close to their due date! Previously, we only used green to indicate paid/up-to-date fees and red for overdue/open fees. Now we have introduced yellow as a new indicator for fees that are about to expire.
The period for a monthly or annual fee to be highlighted in yellow can be customized in the Settings section, specifically in the Organization Details area, where you can set the “Days for notice of fees about to expire”. This update provides a more intuitive view and helps in managing financial obligations.
• Improvement: Internal registration number for guests.
We now offer the option to generate an internal registration number for guests as well. To enable this feature, simply go to the Settings area, specifically Organization Details, and select the option “Generate Internal Registration Number for Guest”.
• Improvement: New criteria for setting the due date of monthly/annual fees!
From now on, when registering a new monthly/annual fee, we will have more options for configuring the due date of bank slips/accounts receivable.
Option 1: Base Day
With this option, the due date of the slips will be based on a specific day chosen by you. For example, if you fill in the “Base due day” field with “10”, all slips generated for that plan will fall due on the 10th of each month.
Option 2: Fixed Date
When you choose this option, the due date will always be fixed on a specific date that you set in the “Fixed due date” field.
Option 3: Day +
With this option, the slip’s due date will be calculated based on the due date set in the “Slip due date” field plus a certain number of additional days specified in the “Number of days” field.
Option 4: Day –
With this option, the slip’s due date will be calculated based on the due date set in the “Slip due date” field minus a certain number of days specified in the “Number of days” field.
