This gives you more flexibility without changing how the disciplines work. The feature is both cosmetic and practical: by customizing the names, customers see the updates at registration time and also in the rankings displayed on the website. Step by Step for Customization
- Groups: First, you can customize the groups. Imagine changing a group’s name from IPSC to something more specific: just click ‘Configure Groups’, select the desired group and rename it however you like.
- Disciplines: For disciplines, the process is similar. For example, to rename ‘Rifle’, just click ‘Configure Disciplines’, select ‘Precision Shooting – Rifle’ and change the name to something like ‘Rifle Target Shooting’.
Real-time update
After making these changes, when you refresh the system, the new name will be available both in the registration area and in the rankings. An important detail: the original name appears in parentheses for internal control only, while customers see only the customized name.
This feature offers a more personalized experience for participants — one more way to simplify management in the world of sport shooting.
