To solve this problem, the Shooting House System offers a feature that allows this information to be shared between systems in a practical and secure way.

Why centralize and share information?

Centralizing data in a single system before sharing it with other organizations ensures:
• Agility: Easy updating of information for all organizations involved.
• Organization and security: Avoids duplicate data and inconsistencies.
• Legal compliance: Data is managed in accordance with the consent terms.

Step by step to share data between organizations

1. Access the Athlete Portal – In the system, access the Athlete Portal, which brings together all the tools and features needed to manage your information.

2. Navigate to the “data transfer” option – In the side menu, find and click the “data transfer” option, located at the bottom of the list of tools.

3. Add a new data transfer – Click “Add data transfer”. This will open a screen where you can configure which information will be shared.

4. Choose the data to be shared

• Select the types of information you want to share, such as registration data, firearm collection or shooting activity records (when transferring shooting activity, the linked collections are transferred automatically).
• Check the specific organizations that will receive this information.

5. Read and accept the Consent Form – Before finishing, click the Consent Form button to review the conditions and policies related to data sharing. After reading, confirm that you agree with the terms.

6. Finish and save – Finally, confirm the data transfer by clicking Save

This procedure is not an automatic synchronization. This means that whenever there is a significant update to the data, such as registering a new firearm in the collection, the process will need to be repeated to ensure the most recent information is shared.
