Our team has prepared a strategic new feature for you! It is the new filter in the member records list, which will let you separate customers whose annual fee is close to expiring, according to the criteria set in the settings.

To define this criterion, simply go to the following area in your system: Settings>Organization Details>Days for notice of fee about to expire.

With the filter, you can generate an annual fee only for these customers, or also send a custom email message letting them know they need to renew their plan to stay up to date with the club, for example.
