The Shooting House system continues to evolve to offer more features and simplify administrative, financial and sporting management for shooting organizations. Below are the main updates implemented this month:
New caliber filter in the shooting activity report
It is now possible to search shooting activity by caliber directly in the athlete portal report, making searches more precise and efficient.
New classifications area in the Athlete Portal
An exclusive area was created so shooters can follow their history of participation in competitions and the achievements earned over time.
Improvement on the finance screen – Highlight for bank slips close to their due date
Bank slips close to their due date are now highlighted on the finance screen, making it easier to identify and manage payments. In addition, overdue and open slips are differentiated more clearly.
Simultaneous integration with two PagHiper accounts
The system now allows two PagHiper accounts to be linked, making it possible to distribute different types of charges between the accounts.
Automated discounts on monthly and annual fees
New automatic rules were implemented for applying discounts to bank slips paid by a specific date.
Identification of payments made through the Store
Payments made directly through the store menu are now identified on the main billing screen, ensuring more transparency in financial control.
Reconciliation information in the cash flow
When exporting cash flows to PDF, the document now shows whether the transaction has already been reconciled, offering greater accuracy in financial analysis.
Customization of discipline G
We added a dynamic configuration for discipline G, allowing you to customize the number of targets, series and the score assigned to each target.
Stage report with class information
The stage report export now includes details about classes and the “E”, increasing transparency in event management.
Verify export for matches and PSC
Within the results area, a button was added to export the Verify of the entered results, simplifying the checking of information.
Additional information on the registration receipt
Registration receipts now include the registration details of the club or organization hosting the match.
Filter for imported registrations
We added a new filter to identify registrations imported from other databases, as well as a tag to flag them.
Field to attach Nexus SF in the collection
A new field was implemented to attach the Nexus SF, a document used in wildlife management, within the Collection section.
Locked editing of linked firearm data
Shooters can no longer edit the data of firearms already linked to shooting activity, ensuring the integrity of the recorded information.
Warning of possible duplicate collection and shooting activity
The system now issues an alert when there is an attempt to register a firearm with a serial number similar to one already recorded. In addition, a similar warning is displayed to avoid duplicate shooting activity.
Automatic approval setting for shooting activity
An option was created so that recorded shooting activity is either approved automatically or requires manual approval, according to the chosen setting.
