New Payment Kiosk: no more queues at your register

Share!

Queues at the register are one of the biggest bottlenecks in any club’s customer service. With that in mind, Shooting House launches the Payment Kiosk, a checkout kiosk that lets shooters pay their tab right there, without having to wait in line at the traditional register.

What the Payment Kiosk is

It is a checkout device integrated with the Shooting House system, dedicated to paying the shooter’s tab. Instead of waiting for an available operator at the register, the shooter completes the payment on their own, directly at the kiosk.

How it works day to day

The shooter walks up to the kiosk, checks their tab and makes the payment right there. Because the kiosk is connected to the same system as the POS, the tab is settled and the finances are updated automatically, with no need for manual checking afterwards.

Why this matters for your club

  • Shorter queues at the register, especially at peak times;
  • More convenience for shooters, who pay their tab at their own pace, without depending on a free operator;
  • Less strain on the service team, who can focus on other demands;
  • Tabs and finances always up to date, without depending on manual entry.
